Zeldman redesigns in public
Zeldman is mid-way through re-designing in pure CSS. Looking fairly ordinary at the moment, but where Zeldman leads, others follow. Don’t forget to re-do your search results page, Mr Z. Oh and by the way, you may want to rethink the search box styling:
Perhaps
Search: [______] [Go] … would be better, with slightly more visible text above the search box. And don’t forget to use the LABEL tag on the search input field now, will you?

Another observation is that the new logo, when moused over, changes the image to an animated version. This in itself is not a problem, but it revolves through the three parts of the logo, and almost suggests that there are three separate links. I found myself moving the mouse off then back on to see if it was indeed more than one link. The image is included here for archive purposes (in case he changes it!) - hit refresh and you’ll see what I mean.
