Grabbing the Baton

Wednesday, May 18th, 2005

Liz somehow remembered this non-posting Brit when she got a musical baton, so I really didn’t want disappoint.

Total volume of music files on my computer:

  • 13.86 GB.
  • I have heaps more as MP3 on CD (mostly Essential Mixes off BBC Radio 1), but only have a 15GB iPod, so I don’t carry more than that little device can (estimate it would double that figure above)

The last CD I bought was:

Song playing right now:

Five songs I listen to a lot, or that mean a lot to me:

That was the easy part. The difficult part now is finding:

Five people in amongst my contacts who haven’t already been passed the metaphorical baton

  1. … who actually have blogs that they can write about their music and
  2. … who are sufficiently into the digital lifestyle that they use a copmuter to manage their music library
  3. I can find a number of people in each of those criteria, but strangely can’t think of any that fit all three.

Oh dear, is that the sound of metal clanging against running track?
